<aside> 💡 Build your own personal CRM in Notion, powered by agents. Copy the prompts below, hand them to your Notion agent, and it seeds and enriches a People database from your contacts, mail, and DMs.

The prompts

Copy-paste these to your agent. Field names match a People database with namespaced properties (contact.*, social.*, location.*) — see The database below to recreate it.

1 · Bootstrap / import

Seed the People database from your contacts, then fill every field you can research.

Bootstrap my People database from my contacts. Go through everyone in my phone
Contacts, Google Contacts, mail, and DMs (Slack, Signal, WhatsApp) and, for each
person,
create or update a Person record — then fill out every field you can research. No
blanks you could have filled.

For each person set: Name (and Alias); contact.Email and contact.Phone; any
contact.Signal / contact.WhatsApp / contact.Telegram / contact.Discord handle;
social.Website, social.GitHub, social.X, social.LinkedIn, social.Bluesky; Date of
birth; and a real, verified photo in Photos.

Link the relations — don't just write names as text: Affiliations to their
Companies (with role), location.Places to the right Locations (so location.Current
rolls up), rel.From / rel.To / rel.IntroducedBy in Relationships, and Event
Participation. Add Tags, set Reachable via, and set every Contact source you
pulled the person from (Mail, Slack, Calendar, Web…).

For provenance: put where each fact came from in Research notes, set Last
researched to today, and set Confidence (Confirmed / Likely / Needs review).
Dedupe against people already in the DB. Use only public info, fake nothing, and
flag anything you're unsure about instead of guessing.

2 · Enrich a person

Point the agent at one person and have it fill every field — contact, socials, places, relations, photo.

Take [person]'s record and make it complete. Pull from my mail and DMs plus
public sources, then fill every empty field — contact.*, social.*, location.Places,
Affiliations, Relationships, Photos — and refresh anything stale. Set Contact
source and Research notes for what you used, and set Last researched to today.

3 · Keep fresh (scheduled)

Run this on a schedule (e.g. a weekly cron) so records never go stale.

Once a week, re-run enrichment across my People database. For anyone whose Last
researched is older than 30 days (or who still has empty fields), re-check my mail,
DMs, calendar, and public sources and update what changed — new contact.* handles,
social.* links, Affiliations, location.Places, and Photos. Set Last researched to
today and note what changed in Research notes. Only touch fields with real updates;
leave everything else alone.

4 · Reflect

Have the agent prompt you to reflect on a relationship and capture the memory.

Once a week, pick a few people I haven't connected with in a while (oldest Last
contacted first) and prompt me to reflect — one person at a time: what's new with
them, what I appreciate, anything I want to remember or follow up on. Capture what
I tell you in Notes, set Last contacted if we spoke, and add any Tags that now fit.
Keep it short and personal.
